Welcome to Get LVN (Pty) Ltd (herein referred to as “Kosblik”) and our Terms of Use (these “Terms”). These Terms are important and affect your legal rights, so please read them carefully.

By accessing or using the websites, mobile applications, or platforms (collectively, the “Sites”) provided by Kosblik that link to these Terms, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all of the terms incorporated herein by reference. Please pay specific attention to the clauses in BOLD text, as they may limit Kosblik's liability or establish an assumption of risk by you, in accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA).

If you are registering, ordering, or accessing the Sites on behalf of a minor child, you represent and warrant that you are the legal guardian or parent of such child, authorized to accept these Terms on their behalf, and agree to be fully responsible for compliance with these Terms. Kosblik reserves the right to change or modify these Terms at any time.

1. Privacy Policy Please refer to our Privacy Policy at https://kosblik.store/policies/privacy-policy for information about how we collect, use, and disclose information about you and your registered dependents.

2. Eligibility The Sites are intended for use by adult parents, legal guardians, or authorized school representatives. By using the Sites, you represent and warrant that you:

• are 18 years of age or older;
• are a legal resident of South Africa;
• are the parent or legal guardian of any minor child for whom you order Products;
• have not been previously suspended or removed from the Sites;
• do not maintain more than one active user account; and
• have full power and authority to enter into these Terms without violating any other agreement.

3. Registration, Account, and Child Profiles To order Products for delivery to a participating school, you must register an account and add a product to cart per child, specifying their name, selecting their school and adding their grade. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account and delivery location details to ensure successful school drop-offs.

4. Terms of Sale & Service Model

Daily Snack Box Deliveries: Kosblik provides ready-to-eat snack boxes containing balanced portions of protein, carbohydrates, fresh vegetables, seasonal fruit, and dairy delivered directly to designated participating school drop-off points on active school days. Products are fully prepared and require no cooking, reheating, or further assembly.

Orders, Schedules, and Pausing: Orders operate on a weekly schedule. You may manage your delivery days or pause deliveries for school holidays, sick days, or outings via your account portal, subject to our daily order cut-off times as specified on the Sites.

Payment and Billing: By providing an accepted payment method, you authorize Kosblik (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method directly on purchase for a once-off order. If a subscription is activated, you authorize Kosblik (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring weekly basis on the exact day of your first order. The amount includes free delivery and taxes. If payment fails, orders for that delivery cycle will be suspended. 

Pricing, Availability, and Freshness Substitutions: All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR). Because our Kosblikke contain fresh produce and seasonal ingredients, availability is subject to market supply. Kosblik reserves the right to substitute fresh produce or menu components with equivalent items of equal or better nutritional value without prior notice. If you are entirely unsatisfied with a substitution, please contact our support team.

School Delivery and Risk Transfer: Kosblik delivers snack boxes directly to the participating school's designated administration area or drop-off location prior to the school's specified snack/lunch break. Title to and risk of loss, damage, or spoilage of the Products passes entirely to you (and the receiving school on your behalf) upon delivery to the school premises.

5. Food Safety, Customer Obligations & Liability

5.1 Compliance & Health Standards

Kosblik warrants that all ready-to-eat snack boxes are prepared in compliance with applicable South African food safety and hygiene standards.

5.2 Proper Storage, Handling & Consumption

Products must be stored, handled, and consumed strictly on the day of delivery. Kosblik accepts no liability for food spoilage, contamination, illness, or adverse health outcomes caused by improper storage, failure to refrigerate, delayed consumption, or failure to follow reasonable handling instructions after delivery.

5.3 Allergens, Cross-Contamination & Natural Ingredients

Please be advised that all Kosblik products are prepared and packed in a facility that handles all major allergens, including but not limited to: Milk & Dairy, Eggs, Peanuts & Tree Nuts, Fish & Crustacean Shellfish, Wheat & Gluten, Soy, Sesame, and Sulfites & Additives. While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any product is entirely free of trace allergens. Furthermore, snack boxes may contain natural food items with hard textures (such as whole nuts, seeds, pits, or fragments of shells). Customers are strictly responsible for reviewing ingredient lists and allergen disclosures prior to purchase and consumption. Kosblik is not liable for allergic reactions or dental/physical injury resulting from trace cross-contamination, known allergens, or the inherent characteristics of natural food ingredients where reasonable warnings were provided.

5.4 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Kosblik shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or consumption of its products. Nothing in these Terms purports to limit or exclude Kosblik’s statutory liability under Section 61 of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 for unsafe, defective, or hazardous goods, except to the extent fully permitted by law.

6. Promotions Kosblik may periodically offer promotional discount codes for first-time orders or partner school campaigns. Promotional codes must be entered prior to checkout to apply. Codes are non-transferable, carry no cash value, and cannot be combined with existing promotions or retroactively applied to completed orders.
